About Me

About Grant Likely

I’m a Canadian engineer living in the UK. Mostly I’m known for my work on the Linux kernel. In my day job I work for Linaro to help make Linux run well on the ARM architecture. In my free time when I’m not out exploring this wonderful country, I like to tinker on random electronics projects with my children. This blog is mostly about those projects.

  1. I saw your work on the MPC5200 LPC driver. I have the answer to your problem of the the DMA not finishing occasionally (like, one out of every 2000 or so xfers…)

Shoot me a reply and I will share the info… if you are still interested! Bestcomm… the mystery BeastComm…. it CAN be conquered! 🙂

    1. It’s actually been a long time since I’ve done any work on the MPC5200. I would like to see the information, but I can’t guarantee that I’ll do anything with it!
